Scheduled for release in 2011 is Flashlight’s HCP Engagement Platform developed for Tablets/Laptop computers and the iPad with access by other mobile devices like Smart Phones (Windows, Apple and Android). This new platform represents the latest developments in customer relationship management and closed loop marketing. The platform is developed for maximum engagement while enabling development of customer profiles to better serve healthcare professionals on a customized, individual basis.
Other developments include immersive media, augmented reality, and semantic websites, applications and desk-sites that include subscription services capable of delivering content when and where audiences want and also allow them to interact with companies and their peers across their network as they have never done before.
